You can pay the electricity, water, natural-gas, mobile-phone, cable-TV and internet bills and apartment/site maintenance fees from Emlak Katılım branches, our Internet Branch and Mobile Branch or by calling our Customer Communication Center.
Automatic Bill Payments
- By setting up an Automatic Payment Instruction you can have your electricity, water, natural-gas, cable-TV and internet bills, GSM top-ups and apartment/site dues paid automatically from your account, free of charge, when due.
Invoice/Bill payments through ATM, Internet and Mobile Branch channels cannot be performed between 23:45 and 00:15 every day due to reconciliation works with relevant institutions.
