What Are the Advantages of Lease Certificates?
Investment opportunity with short, medium, or long-term fixed or variable returns: Lease certificates (sukuk) offer holders the opportunity to earn fixed or variable returns over short, medium, or long-term horizons, depending on the certificate's maturity structure.
Periodic Payments: Lease certificates entitle holders/investors to earn periodic income in accordance with interest-free finance principles.
Asset/Right-Backed: Lease certificates are backed by underlying assets. Investors who purchase lease certificates earn returns based on their share of the assets and rights underlying the issuance.
Liquidity Advantage: Issued lease certificates are listed on Borsa Istanbul. Lease certificates approved for secondary market trading can be converted into cash in the secondary market. Investors may convert their lease certificates into cash—either fully or partially—prior to maturity, depending on their needs.
Use as Collateral at Our Bank: Investors who invest in lease certificates issued by our Bank can obtain financing from the Bank by pledging these certificates as collateral.
