Collect your foreign-currency cheques drawn on banks that are members of the FX Cheque Clearing system at our branches. Use Emlak Katılım’s intermediary services to collect notes for which you are the creditor. If you mostly pay by cheque, you can request a Continuous-Form Cheque.
QR-Code Cheque!
The QR-Code Cheque makes cheque collections safer: by scanning the QR code, the holder can — without an approval process — see the drawer’s past cheque-payment record and verify whether the cheque is genuine. You can now request your chequebook with QR codes from Emlak Katılım and increase your reputation and trust in the market.

- The QR code printed on the check allows you to obtain a check report on behalf of another person through the Electronic Reporting System (ERS).
- To obtain the report, simply use the Findeks Mobile App, which can scan QR codes.
- You must be a Findeks member to request a QR Code Check.
- You can sign up for Findeks membership through our bank’s systems during the QR Code Check application process. Membership is free of charge.
