Emlak Katılım Paraf Credit Card, developed in accordance with our participation banking principles, offers a secure and flexible shopping experience to our customers with its TROY licensed domestic infrastructure and innovative features.
Emlak Katılım Paraf Credit Card saves time in domestic shopping thanks to the contactless payment technology and e-commerce infrastructure it offers; while Paraf POS makes the use of cards more advantageous with installment opportunities and paid money earning mechanisms offered at member businesses. While environmentally friendly solutions are supported with the Digital Slip preference offered in line with our digitalization and sustainability vision, it is aimed to launch Instant Credit Card service in the near future in order for our customers to have instant access to their cards without waiting.
User-oriented operational structure featured with initial participation in real estate, credit card, mobile Branch, through the internet branch and defining customer contact center password card debt payment and automatic payment processes quickly allows all instructions to be managed as such. With its transparent and controllable structure, Emlak Katılım Paraf Credit Card continues to offer a privileged shopping experience that adds value to the financial life of our customers.
Emlak Katılım Paraf Card Features
Emlak Katılım Paraf credit card allows you to shop easily with online shopping and contactless features.
The minimum payment amount is the entire statement balance.
There is no cash advance limit.
You can pay your card debt from our branches, internet and mobile branches, our Customer Communication Center at 0850 222 26 26 or by making an EFT from other banks. Our bank is not responsible for collections made from non-contracted payment points other than the specified channels.
You can get your card password from our internet or mobile branches and our Customer Communication Center.

Definitions
Minimum Payment Amount/Ratio: The bank has set the minimum payment ratio at 100%. You are expected to pay off your entire balance by the due date.
Carryover Balance: The unpaid balance remaining from the previous billing cycle.
Period Balance: This is the total of your credit card expenditures received by the bank up to the most recent statement date, your automatic payment instructions, all associated fees, late payment penalties, and any balance carried over from the previous period, if applicable.
Statement Date: The date selected by the cardholder, based on dates determined by the bank, on which credit card transactions and balances are reconciled.
Total Customer Card Limit: The combined limit set by our bank and allocated for all your cards.
Card Limit: The maximum amount available for all transactions that can be made with the credit card.
Available Card Limit: This is the maximum amount that can be spent with the card as of the statement date. It is the amount available to you after authorizations for purchases received by our bank up to the statement date, along with fees and profit shares, have been deducted from your credit card limit.
Due Date: This is the last date by which you can pay the balance shown on your statement without incurring a late payment fee. The due date is set for ten days after the statement closing date. If this date falls on a weekend or a public holiday, your due date will be the first business day following the holiday.
ParafPara: This is the amount earned from purchases made at participating merchants displaying the TROY/Visa/Mastercard logo, and it can be used in place of Turkish Lira (TL) for purchases at these participating merchants.
Total ParafPara: The amount of ParafPara available as of the statement date.
Outstanding Balance/Installment: Shows the number of installments and the amount of your installment purchase that will appear on your next statement.
Profit Share, Late Payment Penalty, and Fees
Contractual Profit Share Rate: This is the profit share rate applied to the unpaid balance of the period’s debt—provided the payment is at or above the minimum amount—from the statement date until the next statement date. Our bank has set the contractual profit share rate at 0%.
Late Payment Penalty Rate: This is the penalty rate applied to the unpaid balance of the period’s debt from the due date until the date of payment, in the event that the minimum payment amount specified on the account statement is not paid in full or in part by the due date. Taxes and legal obligations (KKDF, BSMV) are not included in the late payment penalty rate.
Card Fee: This is an annual fee charged provided that transactions have been made with the card.
Card Replacement Fee: This is the fee, including BSMV, charged for replacements made within a calendar year due to loss, theft, damage, or similar reasons. Supplementary cards are also included in this policy.
Intermediary Services Fee: This is the fee, including BSMV, charged for real-time bill or institutional payments made with your credit card.

Payment Locations and Other Information
You can check your card balance through our Mobile or Online Banking, our Customer Contact Center at 0850 222 26 26, our branches, and all our ATMs. In addition to these channels, you can easily make payments via EFT or by setting up an Automatic Payment Instruction for your card. Our bank is not responsible for payments made at non-affiliated payment points other than those specified above.
The late payment fee amount reflected on your account statement is included in the total balance for the period based on the applicable legal rates.
Any changes made over time to your credit limit, the interest rate on late fees, and the fees, charges, and commissions applied by our bank will be communicated to you via your account statement. You must submit any objections regarding your account statement in writing and with justification to our branches within ten days of the due date. Otherwise, your account statement will be considered final. If you continue to use your card after the due date, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes stated in your account statement.
Your card is intended solely for the purchase of goods and services; it cannot be used for cash advances, commercial transactions, or any other purposes other than withdrawing funds from your account at our bank. You can use your credit card as a debit card at all ATMs.
For international transactions, your expenditures made in foreign currencies other than the U.S. dollar will first be converted to U.S. dollars and then converted to Turkish lira at Emlak Katılım’s foreign exchange selling rate on the date the transactions are posted as a debit to your account.
If you fail to meet your credit card minimum payment obligation, an amount equal to the full amount of your overdue balance may be applied toward the relevant debt if there is a balance in your checking or participation accounts. If the minimum payment is not made three consecutive times within a calendar year, the credit card will be blocked for purchases of goods and services.
You can make installment purchases at participating merchant locations using your card and earn ParafPara.
If you use an amount exceeding your earned ParafPara balance and/or a transaction for which ParafPara was earned is refunded or canceled, you will owe ParafPara to the Bank. Earned ParafPara points will be forfeited in the event of contract termination or if the card is closed by the customer or the bank for any reason.
