Transaction Steps

Fill out the MoneyGram Transfer Form on our website.
Visit the branch nearest you and present your ID, along with the Reference Number listed on the digital form, to the teller.
Pay the amount you wish to send and the associated fees.
Obtain a copy of the transfer form from the branch representative.
Provide the recipient with the reference number listed on the form.

Receiving an Incoming MoneyGram Transfer

You can pick up the transfer amount sent to you within minutes by going directly to the branch nearest you and presenting your ID. Plus, you can save time by filling out the MoneyGram Receipt Form digitally. Click here for the MoneyGram Receipt Form.

Visit the branch nearest you with your ID and provide the agent with the Reference Number listed on the digital form and the MoneyGram Reference Number.
Collect your transfer amount.

MoneyGram transfers and receipts can be processed in euros, U.S. dollars, and Turkish lira.
