School Installment System (OTS)

It is a system that enables the collection of student installment payments due to educational institutions via an account opened in the name of the parent, and their subsequent transfer to the institutions' accounts.

Emlak Katılım offers a comprehensive service for the collection and remittance of student installment payments to educational institutions—such as private schools, universities, and prep schools—by providing non-cash financing options to parents deemed eligible.

Features of the School Installment System

  • Emlak Katılım structures the principal amount of the financing it provides into installments. If a payment is not made by the due date, the account automatically falls into arrears.
  • The School Installment System guarantees all installments included in the approved customers' payment plans.
  • Thanks to this full guarantee, educational institutions reduce the risk of non-collection while saving time on collection processes.
  • No commissions, contribution fees, or similar charges are deducted from the educational institution for transactions processed through the system; the full installment amount is transferred to the institution's account.
  • No profit share, commissions, or similar fees are deducted from the parent for transactions processed through the system; they simply pay the exact installment amount.
  • Educational institutions can direct their resources toward education and training activities instead of managing collection and financial transaction processes.
  • Thanks to the online system established by Emlak Katılım for university registrations, parents of students admitted to partner universities do not need to visit the university to make payments; they can complete the payment process online at any Emlak Katılım branch in Turkey.
