You can pay your contracted electricity, water, natural gas, mobile, cable TV and internet bills and building/site dues at our Emlak Katılım branches, via Internet and Mobile Branch, or by calling our Customer Contact Center*.
Automatic Bill Payments
By giving an Automatic Payment Instruction, your contracted electricity, water, natural gas, cable TV, internet bills, GSM top-ups and building/site dues are paid automatically and free of charge from your account on the due date. Payments via ATM, Internet and Mobile Branch are not processed daily between 23:45-00:15 due to reconciliations with institutions.
