It enables a student's parent or guardian to make payments in monthly installments by facilitating an upfront payment—against an invoice—to the educational institution for services such as kindergarten, private school, college, university, or language training.

Home/Office Furnishings Consumer Financing
This is a consumer financing product for individual customers wishing to purchase furniture and accessories for their homes. It facilitates an upfront payment to the service provider or vendor against an invoice and allows the customer to make repayments over a specified term.

Home/Office Renovation Financing
This is a consumer financing product for individual customers wishing to renovate their homes—specifically involving the purchase of goods or services that become an integral part of the property (such as replacing windows or doors) as defined in Article 684 of the Turkish Civil Code (Law No. 4721, dated 22/11/2001). It facilitates an upfront payment to the service provider against an invoice and allows the customer to make repayments over a specified term.

Hajj Consumer Financing
This is a consumer financing product for individual customers wishing to finance Hajj pilgrimage travel services provided by the Presidency of Religious Affairs or tour operators. Umrah Consumer Financing
This is a consumer financing product designed for individual customers who wish to finance their Umrah pilgrimage travel services provided by the Presidency of Religious Affairs or tour companies; it enables an upfront payment to the service provider against an invoice while allowing the customer to make repayments over a specified term.

Healthcare Financing
This is a consumer financing product designed for individual customers. It facilitates upfront payment to healthcare providers—such as dental clinics, hair transplant centers, or hospitals—upon presentation of an invoice, while allowing the customer to make repayments over a specified term.

Eco-Friendly Financing
This is a consumer financing product designed for individual customers. It facilitates upfront payment to service providers—upon presentation of an invoice—for systems that support renewable energy usage (such as solar energy systems, solar panels, wind turbines, water wells, booster pumps, etc.), while allowing the customer to make repayments over a specified term.

Natural Gas Conversion Financing
This is a consumer financing product designed for individual customers. It facilitates upfront payment to service providers—upon presentation of an invoice—for the installation of natural gas systems in their homes, while allowing the customer to make repayments over a specified term.

Dormitory Service Financing
This is a consumer financing product designed to cover students' dormitory needs. It facilitates upfront payment of dormitory fees to the facility operator—upon presentation of an invoice—while allowing the student's parent or guardian to make repayments in monthly installments.

Home Appliance Financing
This is a consumer financing product designed for individual customers. It facilitates upfront payment to the vendor—upon presentation of an invoice—for major home appliances and small household appliances (such as refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, air conditioners, coffee machines, and food processors) that the customer wishes to purchase, while allowing the customer to make repayments over a specified term.

Technology Financing
This is a consumer financing product that enables us to make an upfront payment to the seller for the technological products our customers wish to purchase—such as televisions, cameras, and video game consoles—and allows our customers to make payments over a specified term.

Computer Financing
This consumer financing product enables us to make an upfront payment to the seller for the computers our customers wish to purchase on an invoice basis, while allowing our customers to make payments over a specified term.
The maximum number of installments is 12 months.

Tablet Financing
This is a consumer financing product that enables us to make an upfront payment to the seller for the tablets our customers wish to purchase on an invoice basis, while allowing our customers to make payments over a specified term.
The maximum number of installments is 6 months.

Cell Phone Financing
This is a consumer financing product that enables our customers to purchase cell phones on an installment basis; we make an upfront payment to the seller and allow the customer to make payments over a specified term.
The term for loans used to purchase cell phones priced up to 20,000 TL (twenty thousand Turkish Lira) cannot exceed 12 months, while the term for loans used to purchase cell phones priced above twenty thousand Turkish Lira cannot exceed 3 months.
For refurbished cell phones purchased through consumer financing, a 12-month payment term applies to those priced at 25,000 TL or less, and a 3-month payment term applies to those priced above 25,000 TL.

Designed to finance energy efficiency investments that our customers undertake on an individual basis.

• Exterior wall insulation and thermal, water, sound, and/or fire insulation for a home’s floors, walls, and ceilings,
• Natural gas (conversion systems such as boilers, piping, radiators, and heat distribution systems),
• Energy-efficient lighting systems (energy-saving or LED lighting fixtures),
• Solar-powered heating and hot water systems (panels, boilers, piping, radiators) to maximize solar energy efficiency,

With Timeshare Financing, you can secure financing for the timeshare of your dreams at our Bank’s competitive interest rates and become a property owner with installment options tailored to your budget.

The maximum financing amount available is determined by our Bank based on the sales value of the timeshare. After the pro forma is provided, the financing disbursement process begins; upon approval of the financing request, the process is completed by making the payment to the seller following registration with the Land Registry or after the execution of the preliminary sales agreement.

Features

• Timeshare Financing is an individual financing solution provided to our individual customers. The term limits applicable to the financing amounts to be disbursed are determined in accordance with the current decisions of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK).
• Financing is provided only for brand-new timeshares.
• To obtain financing, you must provide a sales offer or pro forma invoice for the timeshare to be financed.
• For the approved financing amount to be paid to the seller, a sales promise agreement must have been executed or the title deed must have been registered in the buyer’s name.
• The title deed of the timeshare or the sales promise agreement is not accepted as collateral.
