Physical Gold Delivery
Our "Altuni" branches respond quickly to customers' physical gold requests using gold varieties stocked in specific quantities at these locations. We offer certified gold products produced by our contracted refineries that bear the Bank's logo.
Gold Types
Pure gold in denominations of 1g, 2.5g, 5g, 10g, 20g, 50g, and 100g is available at our Altuni branches. These products are delivered to customers only in amounts equivalent to the physical gold they have previously deposited with the Bank.

Transaction Process
Customers can physically collect gold from our Altuni Branches—specifically gold that was physically deposited with our Bank and has not yet been withdrawn. Physical delivery is subject to branch stock availability. Our Bank reserves the right to halt physical gold requests, decline fulfillment, or terminate the process in instances such as the rejection of a withdrawal request, service misuse, or the inability to procure gold due to market conditions.
