Pool Account
This is an account type designed for customers who hold various current accounts with our bank and have frequent cash flows into these accounts, but who wish to manage them from a single account. Under the pool account system, funds deposited into the current account are automatically transferred to the pool account specified by the customer at the end of the day, week or month.
Features
- It enables customers to track all their direct debits and incoming payments from a single account.
- With a pool account, the current accounts linked to this pool account must be in the same currency.
- Both individual and corporate customers can set up a pool account.
- Instructions for the Pool Account can be set at specified intervals, such as daily, weekly or monthly.
- The required date range for the instruction to take effect can be specified.
Process
- Customers must visit one of our branches to be able to use the Pool Account system.
- Our customers complete the Pool Account Application Form and submit it to our branch.
- Our branch staff carry out the necessary set-up in accordance with the customer’s instructions, and the customer then begins using the Pool Account system.
