With a Cheque Account you open at Emlak Katılım you can obtain a chequebook and make your payments with it without cash-flow strain.

  • You can cash various banks’ cheques at all Emlak Katılım branches.
  • You can cash foreign-currency cheques drawn on banks that are members of the FX Cheque Clearing system at Emlak Katılım branches.
  • You can use Emlak Katılım’s intermediary services to collect the notes you hold.
  • If you mostly pay by cheque, you can request a Continuous-Form Cheque.

Boost Your Reliability with the QR-Code Cheque!

The QR-Code Cheque makes cheque collections safer: by scanning the QR code, the holder can see the drawer’s past cheque-payment record and verify whether the cheque is genuine — with no approval process. You can now request your chequebook with a QR code from Emlak Katılım and increase your reputation and trust in the market.

Features of the QR-Code Cheque

  • The QR code printed on the cheque leaf enables obtaining a cheque report on someone’s behalf from the Electronic Reporting System (ERS).
  • To get the report it is enough to use the Findeks Mobile App, which can read the QR code.
  • To request a QR-Code Cheque you must be a Findeks member. You can become a member during the application via our bank’s systems; membership has no cost.

  • Makes it more practical for the holder to get to know the drawer.

Emlak Katılım Continuous Cheque Printing is offered to customers at our branches. Corporate customers with heavy payment volumes can make bulk cheque entries through Emlak Katılım branches with no software required.
