Investment-Commitment Advance Financing

Investment Commitment Advance Financing (YTAK) refers to the financing that the Ministry of Industry and Technology provides to companies through the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey and intermediary banks, in exchange for promissory notes denominated in Turkish Lira, after conducting technology and strategy assessments, to finance their investments.

In accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 5 of the Communiqué on Strategic Priority and Technical Evaluation of Investment Projects, published in the Official Gazette dated 26.11.2023 and numbered 32381, and within the scope of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB) Investment Commitment Advance Financing Implementation Instruction published on 24.11.2023, applications for investors requesting the determination of their Technology/Strategy Score to benefit from the Investment Commitment Advance Financing Program have begun to be accepted through the electronic portal implemented by the Ministry.

Preliminary applications will be accepted through the electronic portal in accordance with the provisions of the Communiqué. Investors who meet the preliminary application and prerequisite conditions can apply to our Bank and utilize the Investment Commitment Advance Financing with an advantageous profit rate.

  • The following conditions are required for project applications:

  • The program can be utilized by companies established in Turkey.

  • The investment size must be 1 billion TL or more.

  • The product must be manufactured within the scope of the Strategic Priority Product List and Technology Areas List, or must be eligible for support under the Strategic Investments, Project-Based Investments, and Technology-Oriented Industrial Development Program.
