According to the Regulation on the Establishment and Operating Principles of Savings Financing Companies, legal entities can only make savings for the purpose of acquiring covered workplaces and vehicles. Contracts for housing finance under the Savings Financing system cannot be made with legal entities.
With our Savings Financing product that converts to collateral, our corporate clients can secure financing up to half the appraised value of their properties acquired through the Emlak Katılım Savings Financing system.
