It is designed to finance investments made by apartment/residential complex managements to increase the energy efficiency of buildings.
Financed Investments
- Insulated window and door systems, roof systems
- Exterior wall insulation and thermal, water, sound and/or fire insulation of the floor, walls and ceiling of the residence
- Natural gas conversion systems (boiler, piping, radiators, heat sharing systems)
- Efficient lighting systems (energy-saving or LED lighting devices)
- Solar energy heating and hot water systems (panel, boiler, piping, radiators)
A 2-point profit margin discount is applied to our current prices, and personalized sapling donations are made on behalf of our customers using financing, through OGEM-VAK.
