How do I use it?

• Before completing your order on the Getir mobile app or website, go to the payment screen, click the "Campaigns -> Select Campaign -> Meet Conditions and Apply" button, and add the offer to the relevant field.
• To benefit from the discount, payment must be made via the Getir mobile app or website using an Emlak Katılım Paraf or Emlak Katılım Debit card with the TROY logo. Additionally, the order amount (excluding delivery fees) must meet the following thresholds in a single transaction: 750 TL or more for Getir grocery orders, and 2,000 TL or more or 3,500 TL or more for GetirBüyük grocery orders.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

• The campaign is valid from 00:01 on September 21, 2026, to 23:59 on October 21, 2026.
• During the campaign period, the following discount coupons can be used for single transactions made with Emlak Katılım Paraf or Emlak Katılım Debit cards bearing the TROY logo: a 150 TL coupon for Getir grocery purchases of 750 TL or more; a 500 TL coupon for GetirBüyük grocery purchases of 2,000 TL or more; and a 1,000 TL coupon for GetirBüyük grocery purchases of 3,500 TL or more.
• Each user may benefit from a specific offer only once and can utilize a total of three (3) offers throughout the campaign period. To benefit from the campaign, you must create a shopping cart that meets the specified conditions and select/apply the TROY discount coupon on the payment screen—before completing the order—by clicking the "Campaigns -> Select Campaign -> Meet Conditions and Apply" button.
• The campaign is valid for Emlak Katılım Paraf and Emlak Katılım Debit cards. Virtual cards are also included in the campaign.
• The campaign is limited to a total of 60,000 coupons. If the usage limit is reached, the campaign will end before the announced expiration date.
• Orders placed via "Getir Yemek," "Getir Çarşı," "Getir Finans," "Getir Su," and "Getir Bitaksi" within the Getir mobile application are not included in the campaign.
• Purchases made using the "Pay with Istanbul Kart" payment method are not included in the campaign.
• The campaign is also valid for orders placed via www.getir.com.
• Delivery fees are not included in the minimum order amount required to use the coupon. The minimum cart amount required to place an order with participating merchants may differ from the minimum order amount required for the campaign itself.
• To benefit from the campaign, the latest version of the Getir application must be used.
• In the event of an order cancellation, only the amount actually paid by the user will be refunded, and the user will be considered not to have benefited from the campaign.
• Anyone participating in the campaign is deemed to have accepted the campaign conditions.
• Information regarding the campaign will be provided via the www.getir.com website or the Getir mobile application.
• It is the user's responsibility to check the participation conditions on the www.getir.com website and/or the Getir mobile application. This discount campaign cannot be combined with Getir coupon discounts and/or other campaigns linked to the user's account.

• Getir’s records shall serve as the basis for resolving any disputes arising within the scope of the campaign.
• The verification and assessment of whether participants comply with the campaign terms will be conducted exclusively by Getir, based on the participants' declarations.
