How Do I Participate in the Campaign?

To participate in the campaign, you must send an SMS with the text “HARCA” to 6026.

For participation to be considered successful, the request must be sent from the mobile phone number registered to your name in the bank's system.

The participation SMS is free of charge; to participate, the SMS must be sent from within the country via Turkcell, Vodafone, or Türk Telekom operators.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

• The campaign is valid from September 23 to October 31, 2026.
• The campaign applies to the following sectors: grocery stores, local markets, butchers, greengrocers, and delicatessens.
• Under the campaign, a cash refund of 10% of the transaction amount can be earned on debit cards, and "ParafPara" (loyalty points) equivalent to 10% of the transaction amount can be earned on credit cards; a total of 2,000 TL in cash refunds/ParafPara can be earned.
• Holders of Emlak Katılım Paraf and Emlak Katılım Debit cards are eligible for the campaign. Virtual and supplementary cards are included in the campaign.
• The campaign is customer-based, and each customer can earn a maximum of 2,000 TL in cash refunds/ParafPara during the campaign period.
• Cancelled and refunded transactions are not included in the campaign spending total.
• Only transactions made after participating in the campaign will be considered for earning rewards. Rewards will not be loaded if participation occurs after the spending has already taken place.
• Spending made with multiple debit and/or credit cards belonging to the same customer will be aggregated, and a maximum reward of 2,000 TL will be loaded.
• Reward distribution will be based on the entitlement amount calculated from transactions made with each card that meet the campaign conditions, with a total reward limit of 2,000 TL. Campaigns within the same sector cannot be combined, and a single transaction cannot be subject to multiple campaigns.
• If the conditions for multiple campaigns are met simultaneously, the reward with the highest value will be credited.
• Spending made via physical and virtual POS terminals is included.
• The campaign is valid only for domestic transactions.
• Spending transactions made through financial institutions and payment service providers, as well as top-ups to digital wallets and spending made using digital wallets, are excluded from the campaign.
• Included merchant codes: 5300-5311-5331-5399-5411-5422-5441-5451-5462-5499.
• The merchant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the sector information registered in the system.

When will the reward be credited?

• ParafPara points earned under the campaign will be credited on the 13th of the month following the campaign to the active card used by customers who met the campaign conditions.
• Earned ParafPara points may be used at all Paraf member merchants that accept point redemption.
• Unused ParafPara points will be reclaimed on December 14, 2026.
• Türkiye Emlak Katılım Bankası A.Ş. reserves the right to suspend the campaign and/or modify the campaign conditions at any time.
