How Do I Participate?

To participate in the campaign, you must send an SMS with the text “AKTIF” to 6026.

For participation to be considered successful, the request must be sent from the mobile phone number registered to your name in the bank's system.

The participation SMS is free of charge; to participate, the SMS must be sent from within the country via Turkcell, Vodafone, or Türk Telekom operators.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

• The campaign is valid between September 21 and October 21, 2026.
• Under the campaign, customers must reach the specified spending target no later than November 4, 2026.
• The campaign is open to individual customers whose Emlak Katılım credit card is approved for the first time during the campaign dates, as well as individual customers notified via SMS.
• Applications made by cancelling an existing credit card are excluded from the campaign.
• Applications for new cards made in addition to an existing credit card are excluded from the campaign.
• The campaign applies to eligible purchases made with Emlak Katılım credit cards during the campaign dates.
• During the campaign period, each of the customer's cards is evaluated separately; 2,500 TL worth of ParafPara is earned when a total spend of 5,000 TL or more is reached for the first time with a single card (whether in a single transaction or in installments); spending across different cards cannot be combined.
• The 2,500 TL ParafPara reward is assigned to the specific card that first reaches the 5,000 TL spending threshold; if multiple cards reach the limit on the same day, the transaction and the corresponding card that reached the limit first—according to the bank's transaction records—will be taken as the basis. Once a card reaches a spending total of 5,000 TL, no additional rewards are earned for spending made with the customer's other credit cards.
• The campaign is customer-based; each customer can earn a maximum of 2,500 TL in ParafPara only once during the campaign period.
• If the first card to reach the 5,000 TL spending threshold is a credit card, the earned 2,500 TL will be loaded onto that specific credit card as ParafPara.
• Cancelled and refunded transactions are not included in the campaign spending total. If the net spending amount on the relevant card falls below 5,000 TL due to cancellations or refunds occurring after the reward has been loaded, the earned reward may be reclaimed.
• To receive the reward, the card that first reached the 5,000 TL spending threshold must be open and available for use on the reward loading date.
• Spending made via physical and virtual POS terminals is included.
• Lump-sum and installment transactions are included in the campaign.
• The campaign is valid only for domestic transactions.
• MoTo (Mail Order, Telephone Order) and contactless transactions are included in the campaign.
• Bill payments, recurring payments, cash deposits, tax and donation payments, Private Pension System (BES) payments, balance inquiries, and money transfer transactions are not included in the campaign.
• Spending transactions made via financial institutions and payment service providers, as well as top-ups to digital wallets and spending made using digital wallets, are not included in the campaign.

When Will the Reward Be Loaded?

• The card used for the transaction must be in "open" status as of the campaign reward loading date.
• ParafPara earned under the campaign will be loaded on November 16, 2026, onto the active card used by customers who meet the campaign conditions. Earned ParafParas may be used at all Paraf member merchants that accept point redemptions.
• Unused ParafParas will be reclaimed on December 16, 2026.
• Türkiye Emlak Katılım A.Ş. reserves the right to suspend the campaign and/or modify the campaign terms at any time.
