How Do I Participate in the Campaign?

To participate in the campaign, you must send an SMS with the text “DURUMLE” to 6026.

For participation to be considered successful, the request must be sent from the mobile phone number registered to your name in the bank's system.

The participation SMS is free of charge; to participate, the SMS must be sent from within the country via Turkcell, Vodafone, or Türk Telekom operators.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

• 150 TL worth of ParafPara will be awarded for the first transaction of 750 TL or more made in a single payment at participating Dürümle restaurants using an Emlak Katılım Paraf card between September 1 and September 30, 2026.
• The campaign is customer-based, and a customer can earn a maximum of 150 TL in rewards per month.
• The 150 TL ParafPara reward at Dürümle is not valid for discounted products within the restaurant.
• If purchases made under the campaign are cancelled or returned, the awarded rewards will also be cancelled.
• Transactions must be processed via Paraf POS terminals.
• Under the campaign, the customer must make the purchase using the card registered for the campaign.
• The campaign is not valid for off-site purchases such as home delivery.
• The 20% discount reward at Dürümle cannot be combined with other discount rewards; in the event of a conflict with another campaign, the reward with the higher discount amount will be applied to the card.
• Only spending made after participating in the campaign will be considered for earning rewards. Rewards will not be loaded if participation occurs after the spending has already taken place.
• Emlak Katılım Paraf and Emlak Katılım Paraf Premium cards are eligible for this campaign.
• Virtual cards and supplementary cards are included in the campaign.
• When Will ParafPara Be Loaded? ParafPara points earned under the campaign will be credited on the 14th of the month following the campaign to the active card used by customers who meet the campaign conditions.
• The earned ParafPara points may be redeemed at all Paraf member merchants that accept point redemptions.
• Unused ParafPara points will be reclaimed on November 16, 2026.
• Türkiye Emlak Katılım Bankası A.Ş. reserves the right to discontinue the campaign and/or modify the campaign terms at any time.
