The Altuni Branch concept is specifically designed to meet the physical gold demands of our customers who have deposited physical gold into our bank via KADSİS (Gold Valuation System) in a reliable, transparent, and fast manner. Operating within the framework of Interest-Free Banking Principles, our Altuni Branches enable our customers to fulfill their physical gold requirements.

Service Features

Physical Gold Delivery:

Our Altuni Branches provide rapid responses to our customers' physical gold demands through gold types stocked at our branches. We offer certified gold products supplied by the Istanbul Gold Refinery (İAR) bearing our bank's logo.

Gold Types:

1g, 2.5g, 5g, 10g, 20g, 50g, and 100g pure gold products are available at our Altuni Branches. These products are processed solely in equivalence to the gold amount that our customers have physically deposited into our bank via KADSİS.

 Customers investing in physical gold.

 Customers who have deposited physical gold into our bank via KADSİS and wish to withdraw physical gold from our bank.

Advantages

 Participation Account Returns: Physical gold deposited into our bank accounts can be converted into participation accounts, providing potential returns.

Transaction Process:

Customers may only physically withdraw gold that they have deposited via KADSİS and have not previously withdrawn. Physical delivery transactions are fulfilled based on the stock availability of our branches. Our bank reserves the right to suspend or decline physical gold withdrawal requests or terminate the process in cases such as the inappropriateness of the request, misuse of the service, or inability to procure gold due to market conditions.

Physical Gold Delivery Process

1. Request: Customers apply to one of our Altuni Branches to request physical gold delivery.

2. Verification: Our branches verify the type and quantity of gold requested. Provided that branch stocks are sufficient, it is checked whether the requested gold amount matches the gold deposited by the customer via KADSİS.

3. Delivery: The "Altuni Branch Physical Gold Delivery Request Form" is signed, and the requested gold is delivered to our customer.
