Emlak Katılım continues to develop its Accessible Banking practices. Our service standards are stated below in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Law on Disabled People No. 5378 and the Regulation on the Accessibility of Banking Services.
Our Branch Efforts
It has been ensured that Emlak Katılım's signs, plates, and warnings are of sufficient size and sufficiently illuminated.
The boards showing our branch name and working hours at our branch entrance doors have been implemented with Braille printing for our visually impaired customers.
Buttons have been placed at door entrances so that our disabled customers can receive service from our bank personnel.
Tactile guidance works have been carried out on all branch floors for our visually impaired customers.
Guidance and information signs containing the necessary features for our visually impaired customers have been placed.
Priority is provided to disabled customers who will receive service from our branches.
Our Customer Satisfaction Center Efforts:
The Customer Satisfaction Center has competence regarding the services to be provided to our disabled customers (personnel who know sign language and regarding webchat).
Necessary training is provided to our employees in order to facilitate the transactions of our disabled customers and to communicate with them.
Our ATM Efforts:
Our ATMs have been organized structurally and hardware-wise to be suitable for our disabled customers to receive service.
Braille alphabet applications have been made on our ATMs.
Voice menu service is provided at ATMs; balance inquiry, cash withdrawal, cash deposit, credit card debt inquiry, and credit card debt payment transactions can be performed via the voice menu.
Ease of use and the ability for the customer to adjust the volume on the headphones have been ensured.
Our disabled customers and customers aged 70+ can perform transactions free of charge from all our ATMs.
