Documents Required

• Application form
• Identity card, driving license or passport photocopy
• Income certificate according to individual’s working status
• For brand new vehicles, photocopy of the proforma invoice of the vehicle to be purchased / For second-hand vehicles, photocopy of the vehicle registration document
• When necessary, photocopy of any of fixed telephone, electric, water or natural gas bills issued in the name of the customer and dated two months before the application at the latest
• When deemed necessary, guarantor and related guarantor documents

*Consumers who receive private vehicle financing from Emlak Katılım are obliged to take out compulsory traffic insurance and comprehensive car insurance policies from Emlak Katılım.

Eco-Friendly Vehicle Financing is a financing product used for the financing of vehicles accepted as eco-friendly, which have lower carbon emission levels compared to traditional vehicles with internal combustion engines.

Our customers can utilize financing for electric or hybrid vehicles from our bank with a 2-point discount on our standard vehicle financing rates.

Additionally, a special sapling donation is made on behalf of our customers who utilize this financing via OGEM-VAK.

Utilization Phase:

• Our customers can apply for Eco-Friendly Vehicle Financing through our branches.
• After the documents required for application are provided, they go through an approval process by our bank.
• Following approval, Eco-Friendly Vehicle Financing is provided within the scope of vehicle financing. After the notary procedures, the process is completed, and a lien is placed on the vehicle by our Bank.
