Our bank acts as an intermediary for application and sales transactions regarding real estate projects owned by the Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ).

TOKİ Social Housing applications can be made through our bank's branches and via e-Devlet (e-Government).

For citizens applying through e-Devlet, a customer number is assigned within our bank, and the IBAN information, where the application fee should be deposited, is sent via SMS.

The IBAN sent via SMS is opened in the name of the Applicant, and the Applicant's own full name must be entered in the Recipient Name/Surname field during the money transfer.

Applications to be made through Emlak Katılım are accepted only through Emlak Katılım branches and e-Devlet.

IBAN Inquiry Procedures

For applications made via e-Devlet, our customers must deposit the application fee into the account opened in their name within 3 business days.

Applications of citizens who do not pay the application fee within the specified period are automatically canceled and deemed invalid.

Upon completion of the application process, the IBAN information required for the deposit of the application fee is sent to our customers via SMS. Customers who do not receive an SMS can access the IBAN information for the deposit by performing an inquiry on this page.

Application Refund Procedures

Customers who have applied for real estate projects owned by the Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ) and have not been selected as beneficiaries as a result of the draw organized by TOKİ can receive their application fee refunds through this page.

Customers who are not selected as beneficiaries in the draw can retrieve their application fees from our Bank's Branches, our Website, and our ATMs 5 (five) business days after the draw date.

To receive the refund of the application fee, the TCKN (Turkish Republic ID Number) and mobile phone information declared during the application, along with the IBAN information belonging to the applicant, must be entered.

Our customers can receive their application fee refunds via our website, ATMs, or our branches.
