In this context, our personal financing products are as follows:

Education Consumer Financing

It is a consumer financing product that allows the student’s parent/guardian to make payments in monthly installments by covering the education/training service fees (such as kindergarten, private school, college, university, language training) directly to the educational institution in cash against an invoice.

Home/Office Appliances Consumer Financing

It is a consumer financing product that allows us to make cash payments to the service provider/seller against an invoice when our individual customers wish to purchase furniture and accessories for their residences, enabling our customer to pay in specified installments.

Home/Office Renovation Financing

It is a consumer financing product that allows us to make cash payments to the service provider against an invoice when our individual customers wish to renovate their homes for the purchase of goods or services that will become an integral part of the residence as regulated under Article 684 of the Turkish Civil Code No. 4721 dated 22/11/2001 (such as replacing windows or doors), enabling our customer to pay in specified installments.

Hajj Consumer Financing

It is a consumer financing product that allows us to make cash payments to the service provider against an invoice when our individual customers wish to utilize financing for Hajj pilgrimage travel services offered by the Presidency of Religious Affairs or tour companies, enabling our customer to pay in specified installments.

Umrah Consumer Financing

It is a consumer financing product that allows us to make cash payments to the service provider against an invoice when our individual customers wish to utilize financing for Umrah pilgrimage travel services offered by the Presidency of Religious Affairs or tour companies, enabling our customer to pay in specified installments.

Health Financing

It is a consumer financing product that allows us to make cash payments to health institutions against an invoice for payments to be made to health facilities such as dental clinics, hair transplant centers, or hospitals, enabling our customer to pay in specified installments.

Eco-Friendly Financing

It is a consumer financing product that allows us to make cash payments to the service provider against an invoice for our customers' needs for systems that support natural energy consumption, such as solar energy, solar panels, wind turbines, water wells, hydrophores, etc., enabling our customer to pay in specified installments.

Natural Gas Conversion Financing

It is a consumer financing product that allows us to make cash payments to the service provider against an invoice when our individual customers wish to install a natural gas system in their homes, enabling our customer to pay in specified installments.

Dormitory Service Financing

It is a consumer financing product that allows the student’s parent/guardian to make payments in monthly installments by covering the dormitory service fee directly to the business in cash against an invoice.

White Goods Financing

It is a consumer financing product that allows us to make cash payments to the seller for products in the status of white goods and small household appliances (such as refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, air conditioners, coffee machines, kitchen robots) that our customers wish to purchase against an invoice, enabling our customer to pay in specified installments.

Technology Financing

It is a consumer financing product that allows us to make cash payments to the seller for technological products that our customers need (such as televisions, cameras, camcorders, game consoles) that they wish to purchase against an invoice, enabling our customer to pay in specified installments.

Computer Financing

It is a consumer financing product that allows us to make cash payments to the seller for computers that our customers wish to purchase against an invoice, enabling our customer to pay in specified installments. The maximum number of installments is 12 months.

Tablet Financing

It is a consumer financing product that allows us to make cash payments to the seller for tablets that our customers wish to purchase against an invoice, enabling our customer to pay in specified installments. The maximum number of installments is 6 months.

Mobile Phone Financing

It is a consumer financing product that allows us to make cash payments to the seller for mobile phones that our customers wish to purchase against an invoice, enabling our customer to pay in specified installments. The maturity of loans used for the purchase of mobile phones priced up to 20,000 TL cannot exceed 12 months, and for those priced above 20,000 TL, it cannot exceed 3 months. For mobile phones that are renewed products, a maturity of 12 months is applied for those priced at 25,000 TL and below, and 3 months for those priced above 25,000 TL.

Individual Energy Efficiency Financing

It is designed for the financing of energy efficiency investments that our customers will make individually.

Features:

•  Insulated window joinery systems, door and roof systems,
•  External cladding and heat, water, sound, and/or fire insulation of the residence's floors, walls, and ceilings,
•  Natural gas (natural gas conversion systems such as combi boilers, piping, radiators, heat sharing systems),
•  Efficient lighting systems (energy-saving or LED lighting devices),
•  Systems providing heating and hot water via solar energy (panels, boilers, piping, radiators) to provide energy efficiency with solar energy,
•  Class A performance white goods (refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, ovens, deep freezers, air conditioners, boilers, water heaters, etc.).

With Vacation Ownership Financing, you can utilize financing with our bank's advantageous profit rates for the vacation property you dream of and become a property owner with installment options suitable for your budget.

The maximum financing amount that can be utilized is determined by our Bank based on the sales value of the vacation property. The financing utilization process begins after the proforma invoice is provided, and if the financing request is approved, the process is completed by making the payment to the seller after the registration to the land registry or after the sales promise agreement is established.

• Vacation Ownership Financing is an individual financing support to be provided to our real person customers. Maturity limitations to be applied according to the financing amounts to be utilized are determined within the scope of the current decisions of the BRSA (BDDK).
• Financing is provided only for new vacation properties.
• In order for the financing to be utilized, the sales offer or proforma invoice created for the vacation property subject to financing must be provided.
• In order for the approved financing amount to be paid to the seller, a sales promise agreement must have been concluded or the title deed must have been registered in the name of the buyer.
• The title deed or sales promise agreement of the vacation property subject to financing is not taken as collateral.
