•  Maximum Maturity: 60 months
•  Financing Amount: Up to 50% of the appraisal value of the land to be purchased.

Who Can Benefit?

•  Joint applications with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 people.
•  Financing opportunities suitable for individual customers.
•  Financing provided in Turkish Lira (TRY).

Financing Features

•  Customers can utilize individual financing based on their share of the title deed.
•  The share ratio is determined based on the financing and down payment amounts.
•  Customers act as guarantors for each other through a cross-guarantee relationship.
•  A mortgage is established on the land subject to the financing.

•  Application form
•  Identity document (National ID, driver’s license, or passport)
•  Income statement
•  Title deed of the land to be purchased
•  Other documents that may be requested by our Bank

•  General Loan Agreement (GKS)
•  Insurance Information and Request Form
•  Release Document (İbraname)
•  Collateral Information Form
