Vehicle Financing

You can get vehicle financing that you require for the purchase of brand new or second-hand passenger cars.

• You can get vehicle financing up to 70% of the insurance/invoice amount for the vehicles with sales price of 120,000 TL or below; and you can get vehicle financing up to 70% of the insurance/invoice amount up to 120.000 TL and 50% of the part exceeding 120.000 TL for the vehicles with sales price of above 120.000 TL.
  
  2nd example: For a vehicle with invoice/insurance value of 130.000 TL, you can get maximum
  (120.000*0.7=84.000)+(10.000*0.5=5.000)=89.000 TL financing.
• You can get financing support for maximum five years old second-hand vehicles.
• The term of vehicle financing for the purchase of vehicles with final invoice value of One Hundred and Twenty Thousand Turkish Liras and below is sixty months and the term of vehicle financing for the purchase of vehicles with final invoice value of above One Hundred and Twenty Thousand Turkish Liras and for credits secured by vehicle is forty-eight months.

NOTE: RUSF exemption is not available for natural person utilizations. Emlak Katılım reserves the right to change the financing rates due to miscellaneous variables.

Documents required

• Application form
• Identity card, driving license or passport photocopy
• Income certificate according to individual’s working status
• For brand new vehicles, photocopy of the proforma invoice of the vehicle to be purchased / For second-hand vehicles, photocopy of the vehicle registration document
• When necessary, photocopy of any of fixed telephone, electric, water or natural gas bills issued in the name of the customer and dated two months before the application at the latest
• When deemed necessary, guarantor and related guarantor documents

*Consumers who receive private vehicle financing from Emlak Katılım are obliged to take out compulsory traffic insurance and comprehensive car insurance policies from Emlak Katılım.
