Emlak Katılım continues to improve Barrier-Free Banking applications. Our service standards in accordance with the criteria in the Law No. 5378 on Disabled Persons and the Regulation on Accessibility of Banking Services are as follows.

Our Branch Works

  • Emlak Katılım's signboards, signs and warnings are provided to be of sufficient size and to be illuminated sufficiently. The panels at our branch entrance doors showing the name of the Branch and our working hours are printed in Braille for our visually impaired customers.
  • Buttons are placed at the door entrances so that our disabled customers can receive service from our bank personnel.
  • Sensible orientation studies were carried out for our visually impaired customers on all branch floors.
  • Direction and information boards containing the necessary features have been placed for our visually impaired customers.
  • Priority is given to our disabled customers who will receive service from our branches.

Our Customer Satisfaction Center works:

The Customer Satisfaction Center is competent in terms of services to be provided to our disabled customers (staff who know sign language and webchat).

Necessary trainings are provided to our employees in order to facilitate the transactions of our disabled customers and to communicate with them.

Our ATM work:

  • Our ATMs are arranged in accordance with the structure and equipment of our disabled customers.
  • Braille alphabet applications have been made on our ATMs.
  • Audio menu service is provided at ATMs. Balance inquiry, money withdrawal, money deposit, credit card debt inquiry and credit card debt payment transactions can be performed via the voice menu. Easy usability and adjustable volume of the headphones are provided by the customer.
  • Our disabled customers and customers over the age of 70+ can also make transactions free of charge from all our ATMs.
