The TFS Appreciating Down Payment Participation Account is a participation account product designed for customers who join the savings financing system. Instead of paying their down payment amount upfront to a savings financing company, customers can keep their down payment funds in this account and benefit from attractive profit-sharing rates.

With this account, customers can grow their down payment funds through our participation account and make higher payments to the savings financing company using both their principal and the income generated from the account. This allows customers to earn additional income on their down payment while keeping their delivery term unchanged.

Features and Benefits:

• The TFS Appreciating Down Payment Participation Account may be opened in Turkish Lira (TRY).
• The account is opened on a daily maturity basis and is automatically renewed unless it is closed.
• Accounts may be opened through our branches.
• The profit-sharing ratio distributed at maturity is 98/2, regardless of customer segment.
• At maturity, customers may choose automatic renewal, transfer of the principal to a current account, or addition of the principal to the same account.
• The minimum opening balance is TRY 250.
• Customers may open multiple TFS Appreciating Down Payment Participation Accounts.
