Who can open it?

•  Social content creators who share content such as text, images, audio, and video via social network providers on the internet.
•  Application developers for mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets.

Emlak Katılım customers can open a Digital Content Creator Account at our branches by obtaining an "Exemption Certificate Regarding the Application of Article 20/B Repeated of Law No. 193" from the tax office to which their residence is affiliated.

Features

•  The Digital Content Creator Account is a demand deposit commercial account that you can open individually at our branches.
•  An "Exemption Certificate Regarding the Application of Article 20/B Repeated of Law No. 193" must be submitted for account opening.
•  Tax deduction is automatically applied to the amounts deposited into the Digital Content Creator Account at the time of the transaction.
•  For all amounts transferred to your exemption account, the Digital Content Creator Account automatically applies a 15% income tax withholding by our Bank as of the transfer date, and your tax payment is executed.
•  All earnings subject to the exemption must be deposited into the relevant account.
•  The tax deduction rate determined for 2024 is 15%, and it is valid for earnings up to 4,300,000 TL.
