This is a type of current account that allows individuals who are tax exempt artisans selling products they manufacture in their homes (without opening a separate workplace and without using industrial type or mass-production machinery and tools) via the internet or similar electronic platforms to open a commercial account at banks and ensures that income tax is deducted at the specified rates (4% and 2%) from the revenue deposited into this account.

Account Features:

  •  This account type can only be opened by individuals (natural persons).
  •  This account type can only be opened in Turkish Lira (TL).
  •  The customer cannot perform cash deposit transactions into the opened commercial current account for individuals, and cannot make transfers (virman) from their other current accounts into this account.
