Participation Accounts

It is an account type in which the yield/return is shared within the scope of profit-loss partnership principle between the Account Holder and Emlak Katılım.

The funds collected in Participation Accounts are used in financing trade, industry and service sectors in line with the principles of interest-free banking.

• The accounts can be opened in TRY, USD and Euro as minimum monthly deposit accounts.
• Profit sharing rates vary by account types.
• The rate of return is determined at the end of maturity but not at the beginning of it.
