Social Responsibility

We are providing employment to new graduates within the scope of the program we initiated to train dynamic staff who have embraced Emlak Katılım's corporate culture and will carry our Bank forward. We employ university students within the scope of our "Strong Career" project, which is specifically designed for university students as part-time work.
As part of the National Internship Program, coordinated by the Human Resources Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, students were provided with internship opportunities at our Bank.
The Eytam Charity Club, which we established with our Bank employees in 2021, provides educational materials to orphans, homeless children and children in need with the support of our employees and encourages them to participate in cultural activities.
In line with our social responsibility, we aim to provide a livable world for future generations by supporting environmentally sensitive and sustainability-oriented projects. This is not only an obligation, but also represents our vision to reflect the valuable legacy we have created to contribute to the future.
