• Absolute reductions in greenhouse gas emissions will be achieved throughout our value chain.
• A data infrastructure of the required quality and scope will be established for the analysis of financial risks based on climate change, and climate risk management capacity will be increased.
• Sustainable loans will be encouraged. A suitable environment will be created for easier access to international funds for sustainability purposes.
• We will work in collaboration with our customers on identifying climate risks and opportunities and managing risks and opportunities in the fight against climate change.
• In line with Turkey's 2053 net zero target, our Bank will have memberships in national and/or international sustainability organizations.
• The zero-waste approach and circular business model will become a part of Emlak Katılım's business plan in the short term.
• The presence of women in management positions will continue to be in line with the sector average.
• Contribution to society will be increased and talent development will be supported.
• Inclusive, equitable and quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for all will be promoted.
• The share of loans linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the total loan portfolio will be calculated.
• Access to clean and affordable energy will be increased.
• Comprehensive compliance programs will be expanded along with mandatory training to minimize the risk of non-compliance.
• Relevant security measures will be taken and employee training will be created to manage the increasing risk in the cyber area.
• Strategy and governance will be developed to proactively and effectively communicate available channels and resources for stakeholders to share their concerns about psychological pressure in the workplace, as well as providing redress and reporting tools.
• Sustainability criteria will be developed and standardized in supplier evaluation processes.
• Emlak Katılım's corporate governance structure will be developed in accordance with global standards within the scope of sustainability governance.
